Job Summary:
The Creative Staff will support the company's creative and production teams in producing visual content, assisting in graphic and multimedia design tasks, and helping prepare creative contents for presentations, events, and AVL projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating visual materials such as posters, social media content, presentations, and simple motion graphics
- Support the design team in preparing layouts and mock-ups for events, exhibitions, and virtual production projects
- Help maintain and organize digital assets, design files, and media content libraries
- Provide assistance during AV shoots, virtual set-ups, or installations as needed (e.g. styling, prop prep, visual references)
- Contribute ideas and mood boards during internal brainstorming or client presentations
- Perform basic editing of images and videos when required
- Ensure timely delivery of assigned creative tasks
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or related course
- Aged 20 to 35 years old
- English communication skills
- Basic proficiency in Adobe graphic and video tools, or other design tools
- Familiarity with social media content formats and design principles
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and grow in the AV, Immersive, and production industries
- Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude

Sales Producer
Job Summary:
The Sales Producer is a key client-facing role responsible for driving business growth through sales of AVL equipment rentals, system integration services, and immersive technologies such as extended reality (XR) and virtual production. This role involves end-to-end management of sales pipelines, from client acquisition and proposal development to project handover and coordination with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in live events, broadcast, corporate, and creative industries
- Develop and present compelling proposals, quotations, and pitch decks tailored to client needs
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients from initial inquiry through project delivery
- Collaborate with creative, technical, and project management teams to ensure feasibility, budget alignment, and timely delivery of solutions
- Lead the coordination of project timelines, deliverables, and communication between internal departments and external stakeholders
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in AV, lighting, XR, and virtual production
- Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs
- Attend industry events, expos, and networking activities to promote company services and generate leads
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Aged 20 to 35 years old
- English communication skills
- At least 3–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or production sales (preferably in AV, events, or creative tech industries)
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Solid understanding of AV systems, LED walls, media servers, XR/virtual production workflows (preferred but not required)
- Ability to lead client relationships and multi-disciplinary teams across complex projects
- Tech-savvy, results-driven, and capable of working independently or within a dynamic team

Sales Engineer
Job Summary:
The Sales Engineer is a key client-facing role responsible for driving business growth through sales of AVL equipment rentals, system integration services, and immersive technologies such as extended reality (XR) and virtual production. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of our Media and Event industry, media server technology, and the evolving needs of our target clients
- Prepare and give technical presentations to explain to customers how the products and services work
- Follow the internally-defined sales processes and standards to ensure excellent customer journey
- Build and maintain highest level of customer satisfaction and relationships through effective and concise communication (verbal and written)
- Represent the brand with professionalism, creativity, and passion—whether in client meetings, industry events, or day-to-day interactions
- Acquire clients and close contracts to be able to hit sales targets
- Provide reliable after-sales support, ensuring client satisfaction, long-term loyalty, and valuable referrals
- Perform such other tasks as may be assigned to the employee from time to time

Audio Visual (AV) Operator
Job Summary:
The AV Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining audio, video, lighting, and display systems for live events, productions, and virtual environments. The role requires technical knowledge and hands-on experience with AVL equipment, ensuring high-quality output during all phases of production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate AV equipment including projectors, LED walls, cameras, microphones, speakers, mixers, switchers, and lighting systems
- Perform pre-event checks, equipment tests, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations
- Support virtual production and XR environments (e.g., camera tracking systems, green screen set-ups, real-time rendering, etc.)
- Assist in rigging, cabling, and configuration of equipment on-site or in the studio
- Monitor audio and video signals during events to ensure quality and synchronization
- Coordinate with technical directors, lighting designers, and creative teams for event requirements
- Maintain and organize AV inventory, ensuring equipment is stored and transported safely
- Conduct basic maintenance and reporting of equipment issues to technical leads
- Adhere to safety standards and operational protocols
Qualifications:
- College degree in Electronics, IT, Media Production, or related field
- Aged 20 to 35 years old
- English communication skills
- Experience operating AV equipment in live, studio, or virtual settings (1–2 years preferred)
- Basic knowledge of signal flow, cabling, and digital/analog systems
- Familiarity with video switchers, audio mixers, lighting consoles, or media servers (e.g., Pixera, Resolume, or similar) is an advantage
- Ability to work on-site, during extended hours, or on weekends depending on event schedules
- Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
